About our company: Lemon Island Fishing, LLC.

Lemon Island is a small Sea Island located in between the Chechessee and Broad Rivers in Beaufort County, South Carolina. Most of the island’s acres are under conservation. Lemon Island and the surrounding waters of Beaufort, South Carolina, are renowned for excellent saltwater fishing opportunities. You can find Redfish, spotted seatrout, flounder, cobia, tarpon, sheepshead, black drum, and other species. The surrounding flats offer prime conditions for sight casting to Redfish. Lemon Island Fishing, LLC exists to share our love of fishing and the outdoors with others. We provide visitors and anglers with guided fishing charters. These charters include fly fishing and light tackle within this unique natural landscape.

About Captain Randy

I am a lifelong outdoorsman. I have been blessed to fish for some of God’s most awe-inspiring creations for over 40 years. The year 2025 marks over forty years since I started spin fishing alone. It has also been twenty years since a good friend introduced me to a fly rod and vise.

I am passionate about fishing. I love sharing it with others. I also enjoy crafting hand-made lures and flies. Spending time on the water allows me to learn and develop new ideas and techniques. It helps me test what works and what does not and then tweak it for better results.

I am blessed to be a husband to my best friend and father to three wonderful kids. When I was younger, my grandfather and father passed on the love of fishing and the outdoors to me. I am very grateful for this. I spend most of my time with my number one anglers, pouring into them.

I will work hard to give you a great fishing experience. We will target redfish and speckled trout here in the Lowcountry. My goal is to help you land and release great fish while having a good time and learning something new. For those of you not interested in a trip, fishing is about sharing information and techniques. It’s also about the friendships made. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions you have regarding techniques, fly tying, or lure crafting. I will do whatever I can to help or point you in the right direction.
